What does it mean to be a Muskie? It means at Lakeland you're a person, not a number. It means you'll do great things — in the classroom, in extra-curricular activities, and in the community. Simply put, it means being a part of a close-knit community that takes care of one another by driving each member towards individual success!

Beautifully rural but far from remote, our campus is located in the middle of EVERYWHERE! At Lakeland University, you’ll find a safe, natural retreat, but also a blank-space springboard for college-life creativity and events.
The Sheboygan County Scholars program is an initiative of Lakeland University with support from the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, leading businesses and philanthropists. The goal of the program is to retain the area's most promising young people and prepare them to assume future leadership positions within the region.
